Vice Deanship for Development and Quality

Responsibilities of the Vice Deanship:

Development:

  • Planning for development and operational needs and continuous improvement following periodic evaluation processes for all activities conducted by the College’s committees.
  • Supervising the preparation of the College’s development and operational plans, as well as plans for its academic and laboratory environment, and monitoring their implementation.
  • Studying the challenges facing development and quality programs at the College and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Identifying the training needs of faculty members in the College’s academic departments and coordinating with the relevant authorities.

Quality:

  • Establishing a culture of quality academically, administratively, and in research, promoting its values, enhancing the efficiency of its systems, and monitoring the implementation of its mechanisms to ensure sustainable impact and improve outcomes in academic and administrative fields.
  • Monitoring the College’s programs’ fulfillment of academic accreditation requirements.
  • Supervising the preparation of the College’s annual report.
  • Encouraging faculty members to participate in programs offered by the Deanship of Quality and the Deanship of Development.
