Driven by the Islamic University’s commitment to its noble mission and its dedication to institutional excellence and enhanced organizational performance, the Strategic Planning Management Office assumes the responsibility of leading the University’s strategic planning and development ecosystem through an integrated institutional framework that strengthens governance, unifies institutional directions, and promotes a culture of data- and performance-driven decision-making.
The Office works to establish a robust strategic foundation that aligns the University’s plans and programs with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 through overseeing the implementation of the strategic plan, measuring performance at the initiative and program levels, and advancing transformational initiatives that enhance the University’s readiness and competitiveness locally and globally.
The Office also seeks to strengthen integration among academic and administrative entities, develop accurate and transparent performance indicators, and activate institutional partnerships in a manner that ensures the optimal utilization of resources and achieves sustainable impact reflected in the quality of outcomes and the advancement of the University’s leadership and reputation.
