One of the agencies of the Islamic University, which is concerned with serving graduate students, sponsoring scientific research, creating knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship, and providing the appropriate climate for creativity and excellence to achieve sustainable development and community partnership.

The Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies, Scientific Research and Innovation is concerned with creating the optimal climate for researchers and those wishing to obtain the greatest amount of deep knowledge at the postgraduate stage and continue their research interests in various fields of science, in accordance with international standards in quality, creating an attractive environment, and ensuring cultural diversity on the campus of the Islamic University, while ensuring that its services are comprehensive and meet the needs of advanced scientific research that consolidates the principles of sustainable development and advanced knowledge.

The Vice Deanship is constantly working to provide the student with advanced means of education, global search engines, information sources, laboratories and advanced science laboratories, in harmony that constitutes one of the main pillars of success in the scientific march flowing to professors, researchers and students in scientific and theoretical disciplines, and contributes to embracing the creativity of the employees of the prestigious Islamic University

Designing qualitative research and educational programs, directing efforts towards excellence in innovation and entrepreneurship, and supporting the knowledge industry to achieve sustainable development and community partnership.

Praise be to Allah who taught with the pen, taught man what he did not know, and prayers and peace be upon the first teacher of mankind, our master and prophet Muhammad, and on his family and companions and those who followed them with charity until the Day of Judgment.

The Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research is inspired and keeps pace with the contents of Vision 2030 to build a knowledge economy, based on scientific research, development and innovation, and harmonizes the contents of the national vision with what was approved by the university's third strategic plan 2021-2025, focusing on scientific and research excellence, and integration in community partnerships that achieve sustainable development with the relevant authorities.

The Islamic University is a leading global Islamic beacon, to which hearts from the countries of the world fall, and perhaps this is represented in achieving in 2022 the Guinness title for records in the diversity of nationalities on campus, and in order to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency in performance, the university launched its third strategic plan 2021-2025 using the balanced scorecard (BSC) methodology, which relies on quality and efficiency in its tasks, objectives and performance indicators.

The Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research is concerned with the most important aspect of the basic components of the academic university environment, namely: scientific research and academic researcher, which have a direct reflection on the university's goals and development in the academic international rankings, as investing in them, developing them and enhancing their performance is of great importance to both the Vice Presidency and the University.

The Vice Deanship is concerned with the affairs of scientific research, researchers and academics and what regulates this, through the Scientific Council and its role in organizing and encouraging scientific research, the Deanship of Graduate Studies, which is concerned with the governance of graduate studies systems and its executive procedures, and the Deanship of Scientific Research, which plays its role in preparing research plans for the university, supporting, publishing and documenting research, managing knowledge sources, and its effective role in creating and developing everything that would facilitate researchers to access knowledge outlets and supply from its helpers, scholarship management, and its vital role. In activating and organizing scholarships, verifying the quality of its outputs, the diversity of its aspects, the innovation and entrepreneurship system, and promoting the culture of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship among the university's employees, and the management of scientific associations and chairs, concerned with organizing and managing the affairs of financial and technical scientific associations and chairs, in a way that ensures building important community and academic partnerships, and these bodies combine to achieve the vision and mission of the university, its goals and strategic plans.

In conclusion, I thank His Highness the President of the University for his continuous support to the Vice Deanship to do what is entrusted to it, and to facilitate everything that would serve the employees of graduate studies, scientific research and researchers in all their specialties, and to continue guidance and effective communication in order to achieve the objectives of the Vice Deanship in particular and the Islamic University in general.

We ask God Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince and to bless this noble country with good and development, security and prosperity, and to reconcile everyone for good and righteousness.
