Enterprise Architecture is a strategic enabler that drives digital transformation, enhances integration and innovation, and improves business efficiency to deliver sustainable value to the University.

Architecture is concerned with understanding the University's business ecosystem, the data it requires, the applications that process this data, and the technology infrastructure that hosts the applications and data  ensuring fast, accurate, and secure access to information. It addresses the University's challenges across all domains: Business, Data, Applications, Technology, Security, and Beneficiary Experience.

To ensure that Enterprise Architecture genuinely achieves the institution's goals and resolves its real challenges, a clear project strategy must first be defined. This strategy should align with the institution's business strategy and with the digital transformation strategies of both the institution and the Kingdom across multiple dimensions, including business automation requirements, data security, and the adoption of emerging and advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, 3D Printing, Virtual Reality, and others thereby ensuring the desired advancement in business performance and the achievement of strategic objectives across all levels and domains.
