The General Administration of Projects at the IUM serves as the engineering and administrative entity responsible for studying university projects and overseeing their implementation. It aims to provide a cohesive campus environment that fulfills the university's mission and meets the requirements of its staff, students, and visitors with high efficiency and quality.
The administration plays a pivotal role in managing the university's project ecosystem by proposing future projects in alignment with the strategic plan. Its responsibilities include preparing studies, designs, and project documentation, as well as supervising the execution of infrastructure, educational facilities, and service and recreational amenities. Furthermore, it participates in preliminary and final handover committees and monitors contractor payments to ensure that works are executed according to approved technical specifications and executive drawings.
To enhance output quality and institutional reliability, the administration works on building an integrated operational framework based on effective governance. This includes implementing international quality management standards, attracting distinguished administrative and engineering talent, and providing a suitable work environment while periodically reviewing quality objectives to ensure continuous and efficient application.
