Our vision aims to lead in providing high-level education and carrying out advanced research in the field of computer science, and to be able to compete globally in the graduation of distinguished students with high academic and professional competence in the field of computing, and to achieve leadership at the national level in this field.

Our mission is to graduate qualified specialists in the field of computer science, who are highly competent in academic, research and pioneering aspects, in order to pursue their careers in the private and public sectors to serve the local and global community, and work to improve it to serve the public interest.

  1. PEO1: Prepare students to provide effective computing solutions to real world problems, by employing Computer Science principles and theories.

Student Outcomes 

Graduates of the program will have the ability to: 

1.    Analyze a complex computing problem and to apply principles of computing and other relevant disciplines to identify solutions.

2.     Design, implement, and evaluate a computing-based solution to meet a given set of computing requirements in the context of the program’s discipline.

3.     Communicate effectively in a variety of professional contexts. 

4.     Recognize professional responsibilities and make informed judgments in computing practice based on legal and ethical principles.

5.     Function effectively as a member or leader of a team engaged in activities appropriate to the program’s discipline.

6.     Identify business opportunities and apply design thinking skills and computing solutions to transform viable ideas into future business ventures
