Application guidelines for international students

Stages of processing the admission application

     Apply on the electronic portal.

     Initial examination of the application.

     Taking the Arabic language level test for students who wish to enroll in colleges for the theoretical track and who have a high school diploma from a country where the language of study is not Arabic.

     Study of requests.

     Initial acceptance and waiting for final acceptance.

     Final acceptance notification, which entails:

- Confirm the desire to study, update the copy of the passport and academic qualification, and specify the season of arrival.

- Complete the visa requirements.

     Obtaining a visa.

     Attach a copy of the visa and the arrival ticket request.

     Arriving and issuing the registration.

     Study in the theoretical track colleges is conducted in Arabic, and study in the scientific track colleges is in English.

     The university has no offices or agents anywhere in the world to receive applications to study at the university.

     Admission applications are only received through the designated electronic portal, which is available at the time of application.

     The student must initiate the application process himself, and bears responsibility for maintaining the numbers given to him upon completion of the application submission.

     Applying for admission to the university does not mean any obligation on the part of the university to accept the student unless he feels in writing that he has been accepted.

     The information recorded in the application for admission will not be relied upon unless documents proving this are attached.

     After final acceptance, the student determines the semester of admission to the university, and he may postpone the semester of admission no later than two years from the date of his final acceptance.
